8 SMOKED  TROUT  ROLLS  (Gourmet Smoked Rainbow Trout pieces with a mild sweet,  sprinkled with diced red onion, caramelized onion, crème fraîche, ricotta cheese, freshly squeezed  lemon juice and spices. Rolled up lightly in thin lengthwise strips of cucumber which add coolness to this dish)
